Product Description
A dessert, whose history is as old as humanity!
It is now very easy to prepare this dessert. Normally, It takes days to prepare in the classical way and requires skill to match the ratio of the ingredients.
It contains grains and legumes such as wheat paste, chickpeas, beans; This product, which contains dried fruits such as apricot, orange peel and grapes, can be prepared with either water or milk.
Preparation
1- * Pour 750 ml (3.5 cups) of water into a pot. Add the whole bag on it.
2- * Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and let it boil for 20 minutes without putting the lid on the pot, stirring occasionally.Then take it from the stove and cool it for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3- * Pour the ashure into bowls with a ladle. Wait for 5 minutes, then decorate it and serve it warm or cold.
Service
You can cook your Ashure with a mixture of 2.5 glasses of water and 1 glass of milk, or you can add some rose water while preparing it.
You can decorate it with cinnamon, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, pistachios, roasted sesame seeds, hazelnuts and pine nuts.
Storage
Keep in cool and dry place away from other smelling flavors.
