    Directions

    2 cups of water are boiled with 400 grams of sugar. The prepared sherbet is poured slowly on Saffet Abdullah Şekerpare Dessert in a suitable tray. It is ready for service when it cools down. Şekerpare can also be eaten plain when requested.
