    Gourmeturca Turkish Delight is one of the traditional dessert that requires mastery and leaves an exquisite taste on the palates. Sugar, starch and powdered essence of lemon are mixed and cooked in a special boiler. It is poured into starch or coconut covered molds and allowed to cool. Delights which are cooled in molds are cut and packaged carefully. It does not contain glucose or additives.
